Payment Receipt not received.
This is Hussein Omar. I work at Marvel International School as a financial manager .
I've done an online payment to superscribe for 3 accounts for 1 year .
I've sent several mails getting no reply . I wanted to have confirmation for the payment ,and I asked the finance team to send a payment receipt even asked the care team and my sales representative Mr Jack for the same issue starting from Friday 23/07/2021. I received no reply from the emails.
I only get useless automatic mail replies.
I have tried to make a call on the number +44 (0) 114 349 4982 the call carrier company told me its a wrong number . Kindly give me the support needed.
