I had a super fast and helpful response from Fed today. Somehow I created and paid for two subscriptions, I supplied both of the email addresses and Fed responded to my email within minutes and had it all sorted out for me. The email responses were straight to the point and Fed sorted out my problem and answered everything I needed to know.
It's great to know that when you purchase a subscription from Twinkl, not only do you receive quality resources but outstanding customer service. You guys are amazing!
