Liz and Rachel were absolutely outstanding in solving my logging in issue and access to Twinkl resources. After I had sent an email requesting help - late on a Saturday evening - I had a response within minutes. Liz and Rachel worked on my problem until it was resolved. They were most courteous and swift in problem solving. The whole process was easy and they made me feel so well supported. I would highly recommend Twinkl - not just for the resources - but for the professional and timely manner in supporting their subscribers.
