I am a primary school teacher currently on maternity leave. Apart from using twinkl regularly while teaching, my review is in relation to their amazing customer service. Due to having the automatic renewal box ticket, my twinkl membership recently renewed and this years fee was deducted from my account. This was my mistake, but being on maternity leave for the rest of this year, I emailed to see if there was any possibility of a refund. Within a few minutes, I had a reply from one of their team advising that a refund would be forthcoming due to my situation and the fact they could see that I hadn’t accessed my account this year.
Couldn’t ask for better service and understanding of my situation.
