Twinkl has been so supportive! I accidentally created two accounts (completely my fault), which saw me paying double the price. As soon as I realised, they were very happy to refund me the money for one of the accounts, knowing it was no fault of their own.
As a teacher, I also find their resources to be the best, most detailed and curriculum based resources out there.
