I asked for help as I had re-subscribed and hadn’t meant to. I was treated so well by several people on the online chat. They offered to ask for a refund. I was so impressed by them. I often say bad things about twinkl but mil opinion changed today because of their employees Georgia and Fredrika. Thanks
