I started a conversation with Twinkl about one of their resources. I received an email back asking me to clarify a couple of things. Once this was done I then had a lady called Liz contact me via email. This all happened within a couple of hours and the resource in question was sent to me so that I could check it out for myself without charge. This was fantastic service and really meant that I could look at the resource and decide for myself. Amazing service!
