Excellent customer service they were very quick to answer my query. There wasn't an agent online available so the lady helped me via email instead (Emma) she went above and beyond to ensure that I had the resources I was searching for and helped to get me started. I even recieved a free trial of the ultimate downloads and although I don't have a printer there are still lots of interactive resources and it's well worth a subscription. I'm signing up when my trial ends. Highly recommend you won't be disappointed 😊 x
