I've always loved Twinkl resources and decided that it was time this holiday to subscribe to my own account.
However, today I had a problem accessing my account and downloading resources. The worst part was that it was Bank Holiday. I contacted Twinkl customer service via email not really holding out much hope but they were AMAZING! I was emailed back by three people - Laura, Heather and Amy and between them they quickly sorted out the problem and even added an extra week on to my account for free!
