Ms. Hannah was a real person. She helped me with my refund (for now) because I am sick and needed that amount for my meds. My situation wouldn't be understood by an AI and only a real human can truly answer to my need. I would continue my subscription to twinkl after I get well, as I have always been a loyal subscriber since the pandemic. Twinkl's services are really worth 5stars from customer service to the materials they provide. All worth the money and trust!
