After returning from the the long school summer holiday I faced an issue with payment and accessing my Twinkl app. After emailing Twinkl customer care I was surprised to find an almost immediate response. After submitting the information that was requested my problem was solved very quickly and I was back on Twinkl. It is rare to receive such a quick reply. Thank you.
