I left one job and was not able to cancel my membership due to not having that email. I rejoined under another- not realising for months that I had 2 memberships. Twinkl were fantastic in tracking down why I was getting charged for another membership and gave me 12 months free on my current membership. They were very quick in sorting it out- very happy.
