I recently requested a refund of my subscription fee as I have paused my teaching career and did not realise that I had to cancel my annual membership. I am most impressed with the help I received from Jade and Kate. The response and feedback was very quick and Kate also noted that I have seven months of unused Ultimate membership, and should I decide to return to teaching, these months can be added back on to the account at no additional charge.
