Twinkl has made our lives so much easier but any time I have an issue their response is always immediate and efficient. I have had to contact them for several issues over the years, mainly login or subscription. Recently, I contacted them about the free planner and flask and this was sorted immediately. Staff are always polite and friendly - like they know you personally.
Every penny of the subscription is worth it.
