I don't think I have every had such fast customer services before, especially through email. I emailed my issue and less than 24 hours later I had a response. As my issues was a little more detailed, I had to continue to communicate with the representatives and the communication was fast. I even had another representative contact me to ensure I had all my questions answered and my issues resolved. I really appreciate the communication, hard work, and empathy they showed.
Issues were fixed and I greatly appreciate everyone who helped me.
