Too difficult to make sure membership…
Too difficult to make sure membership doesn't automatically renew. They're website wasn't designed to enable users to properly manage their subscriptions themselves. (There's no option to cancel or to opt out of renewed subscriptions.) What's more, neither of the links specified in their terms and conditions to contact Twinkl about cancelling worked! (Felt like they really didn't want to make it easy for people to cancel or not to renew memberships.)
