I canceled during a “totally free” trial period and could not find any useful material so I canceled; received a cancellation email from Twinkl saying they’re “sad to see me go.” The following month, they charged me $9 for no reason. I had to dispute the bogus charge and close my credit card account. Miserable MFers.
