I subscribed a personal account for my Playgroup few years ago. Lately, my team expanded the use by subscribing to a school account. However, we totally forgot to unsubscribe the old personal account, not until I found out from my credit card charges. I wrote to Twinkl to explain my situation and not only they promptly reply to me, they offer to redeem my personal subscription right away.
