I was awake in the small hours and decided to plan some events for the library where I work- no point wasting time! I couldn't manage to renew my membership. I emailed customer services, and to my surprise, got a reply from Arvin, even though it was 4 30 a.m.!! He looked into it all, sorted out the problem, and even gave me a free month until the next direct debit goes out. What an amazing service! I used Twinkl as a teaching assistant and have used it loads In library services too- it can't be beaten for ideas, resources, and overall value! Thank you Twinkl!
