I was uncertain about an aspect of the site, with relation to downloading teaching materials, but, thanks to a very speedy reply and subsequent email conversation with Kate, I was (unexpectedly, but wonderfully) given an access availability for one month. It will revert to my usual availability thereafter, but the generosity of this one-month offer, coupled with the speed of the response/s to my questions, both surprised and delighted me!
