I had an issue with cancelling my account, as whilst great resources available they were not suitable for my needs, I thought the cancellation had completed but turns out it didn't go through properly. When I had the payment taken after cancelling I contacted through the online chat and was helped by Beccy who was fantastic, she looked at the issue, explained the problem and resolved within 5 minutes of speaking to me. I came away from the chat satisfied that she had properly taken the time to look at the issue.
