I was battling to get into the paid app, getting very frustrated, as I also had a free version on another email address which was confusing the ussue. When I wrote to Twinkl support, various agents followed up over a period of days to sort out the problem, not giving up until I could get into the site. They were all polite, friendly, professional and extremely helpful.
Thank you to Kim, Lauren, Amy, Carmen and Joy, who all made an effort to follow up until the problem was sorted out.
