This is to bring to your awareness about Twinkl Educational Publishing & their attitude towards existing customers . I made a purchase in December 2019 towards a subscription towards Twinkl Resources , I had found them to be inspiring & catered towards my teaching & learning expectations of the grade level classes I teach . While I even upgraded my subscription in early January 2020 , I was no way prepared for what happened to me .
Today at exactly 15.07 hours I was debited from my account , an amount of AED 54.78 . There was no email , no intimation informing me that the deduction was part of auto - renewal towards my subscription. How can this be part of their policy ?????? When there was nothing informing me of the same when I made the initial payment . This is all part of a carefully orchestrated scheme on the part of Twinkl Educstionsl Publishing to make money . In short a money making scheme . Please beware !!!!!!!
When I contacted the chat line was told it was an automated deduction towards my subscription & if I wanted to cancel it would have had to inform them of the same .
Was I told this ?????.?? NEVER . I WASN' T EVEN SENT AN EMAIL REMINDING ME THAT MY SUBSCRIPTION HAD LAPSED & IT WAS GOING TO BE AUTO- RENEWED .
This shows that this company isn't at all transparent . It perhaps doesn't care since it feels it has already established its name for itself .
All those potential customers , please beware !!!!!!!!!!!!!. I wouldn't recommend patronizing them at all as you never know what surprises await you ......... Your card will be charged without even you knowing it . I hope they do something about it& realize that the customer is always right . If they have any buisness acumen they will correct this asap & refund me my money of AED 54.78 .
