When purchasing a star map , they do not specify that you are only purchase just a digital copy . Even in their confirmation email, it says you’ll get another email when your star map ships . I waited over 2 weeks and when I reached out to customer service they said I had only purchase a Digital copy. When I sent them my confirmation email I explain to them that no where in my confirmation email did it say that I bought a digital copy, it said my order was getting ready to ship out . I paid $35 for this “digital copy” and I had to pay another $30 to go get it printed out . I feel I got ripped off and they did not seem to care . I would not recommend buying a star map from this company .
