It is so refreshing in 2023 to find a business that gives such personal, 5-star, loyal & royal old-fashioned customer service. Kris and the team were amazing from start to finish. The same with any of my questions/concerns in between. I was pleasantly surprised that the product was much more high-end than I had expected from the pictures and coming from such a caring team of individuals who take pride in what they do, made the plaque all the more special for our family in receiving it. It's win-win gift-giving at its finest. The company kindly followed up to be sure everything arrived as promised and safely. They even surprised us and rushed my order without my asking when they learned the dates Id be visiting. My sister and her husband-to-be truly cherish it.
