Took several weeks for item to ship. After multiple emails with customer service, I was informed that my product (wing stabilizer for civic si) were hand made and could take four weeks to ship. This was not in the description when I placed the order. Customer service did agree that it should have been and said that it would be added. I was offered a $15 dollar gift card. Additionally, you have to down load an app to track shipping. Still waiting as of this morning.
