“I don’t know where all these positive reviews are coming from. They must have family members write all these or some guy just sits there all day. It makes up reviews and names.!! literally the worst company I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to performance parts they nickel and dime you for everything they nickel and dime you for shipping back. If you’re returning apart, they don’t tell you all about the extra stocking fees, 5% this 3% that by the time all said and done you probably get half your money back probably less. I bought an $80 dipstick and it was off by like 1/8 of a quart yet they told me it was to spec and it wasn’t! I checked with the stock dipstick multiple times.!! Also they’re a little mouthy. They’re a little loose with their lip!! and question everything about the return ?! I dealt with a representative named “Cassidy” if you get her GOOD LUCK!! She’s just gonna question everything and have something to say about your return and they’ll make it nice and hard for you to return the item even though it says 60 days!! so I returned the dipstick back in perfect condition not a mileage not a scratch not nothing on it and when was all said and done I was gonna get $40 back so that’s less than half of what I paid for it and they said this was all due to restocking fees and all this other stuff! They don’t even have a telephone number where you can call them because they’re too scared to talk to anybody! Like I said, I got the third° for my part. Then I finally spoke to their operations manager who’s probably also another little kid who doesn’t know anything or customer service and he’s a what they’ll do is they’ll just if they don’t feel like answering anymore. They’ll just ghost you in your emails. Because they can hide behind all that because they don’t have a telephone number. This is where we’re getting today. Nobody takes responsibility for their products and they hide behind emails.!! stay away from this company. They’re a fly-by-night company pushing Chinese products. Go find yourself a better performance company. It’s a bunch of garbage.!!!”

“They list products in stock on their site that they don’t have. There is no phone number to speak to someone for tech assistance or customer service. You have to email and wait 24hr for a response (if you even get one) I’ve been waiting for a front pipe for 3 weeks that they showed in stock and when I asked them to cancel the order they stopped responding. Shop elsewhere”

“Shipment was 1 week late and the product felt very cheap and flimsy. I feel that the money I spent on the product was not worth the price. I ended up throwing it in the trash because it was just difficult tow work with the product. Wasted money and wasted time”

“The intercooler was represented as fitting my non-si Civic 1.5 t and yet we could not put the bumper on without cutting it. I ordered a file conversion to match the components I purchased from you and it's been days and you haven't given it. Customer service has been non-existent or unavailable. There's no way I'm happy about all this and it continues so very terrible review.”
