“Took several weeks for item to ship. After multiple emails with customer service, I was informed that my product (wing stabilizer for civic si) were hand made and could take four weeks to ship. This was not in the description when I placed the order. Customer service did agree that it should have been and said that it would be added. I was offered a $15 dollar gift card. Additionally, you have to down load an app to track shipping. Still waiting as of this morning.”

I apologize for any confusion regarding lead times on this product. These are indeed handmade from a USA based supplier and while we do typically keep them in stock here sometimes the demand outweighs our supply and they ship directly from the manufacturer. I see that you order was received on 12.18 and shipped on 12.26. Tracking does not require an app, I will include the USPS tracking number here for your reference: 9405511206217920495497 I am glad to see the package is out for delivery today and you should be receiving it any time now.

“I ordered a gasket for my PRL frontpipe since it says in their site that they have it in stock while over at PRL’s site they were out of stock. It took almost 2 months before I got my order since this was on backorder. Next time, if you guys don’t have the stock, put not available or backordered. I kept on sending them email to follow up the status of my order and good thing Samantha was responding to my query.”

“I thought These stickers would look pretty cool based on the picture on the website. When I receive them in the mail just yesterday I held them up where they would be applied going through roughly the center of the headlight and found out that the sticker isn't represented properly on their website. The bottom sticker of the claw marks is too long and will overlap the fog light trim that is why I'm giving this review only two stars out of five. These are the second or third set of stickers I've paid for online and once received found out that they are not exactly what they appear to be on the website. For one reason or another The stickers I purchase never seem to be exactly the same as the picture or description describes them, there is always something minor that makes it so the sticker is unusable or when applied will create wrinkles or bubbles and things like that I wouldn't recommend buying stickers from this website.”

“You did not have your brakes in stock even though I was able to place the order for them. Very disappointed especially since that was the only complete set for my car you had. Now I'm mix matching which irritates me quite a bit. On top of that, the issue took over a week to resolve meanwhile I'm here with no brakes. No issues in the past so this was really surprising. Item is on the way still so I don't know how the delivery itself went yet. Nor do I have a item to review yet. This was more a review on TSP and their not up to date on stock website”

“Rain visors were VERY hard to install. I work for a dealership and had the techs do the installation, thinking it would be an easy and quick accessory. The 3M tape that comes with the visors is terrible, doesn't stick to anything. We had to use adhesive to get the visors to stay in channel. My package was also already opened and the rain visors were dirty when I looked at them. Overall the product is good quality and arrived quickly. However the installation was terrible and quickly became a 3 person job.”

“Really just meh. Never would recognize my veteran discount code OR the 5% discount code TSP sent. Paid full retail price out of frustration. Then had some questions regarding the item and there is no way to talk to someone. Email inquires went unanswered. Overall less than satisfactory experience.”

“Product is beautiful, communication from the customer service was very punctual, but rude, and unhelpful. They kept trying to sell me other products and offered me discounts, when all I wanted was information on exactly why my product was delayed for 11 months. I will be taking all my future business elsewhere.”
