“The intercooler was represented as fitting my non-si Civic 1.5 t and yet we could not put the bumper on without cutting it. I ordered a file conversion to match the components I purchased from you and it's been days and you haven't given it. Customer service has been non-existent or unavailable. There's no way I'm happy about all this and it continues so very terrible review.”

“I have had nothing but problems with this kit! A lot of squeaky noises and a humming sound coming from the passenger side brakes. So annoying that I’m gonna take them off and go back to stock . Waste of money!”

“Bought Ktuner v2 with supposed a free tune included but didn’t see anything for my 2017 Honda Fit. Even on the Ktuner download file list my ecu isn’t on the list. Amazing to see there are a bunch of different ecu for the year of my car yet my ecu wasn’t on there. Pretty much bought a barebones touch screen tuner with no tune. Think I want a refund.”

“i got the tuner because it said it was a perfect vehicle firment but when it was ordered it didnt work and my car stopped turning on for awhile i called ktuner and they confirmed it did not fit my vehicle and sent me which ones did i had to pay for the shipping label to return it even though the website said it did”

“worst store, accepting orders even its out of stock, and i pay for shipping protection but on my tracking all of the items in the order was delivered but they sent only one item and the cheapest one and never told me that the rest of the items are out of stock and they just charge my card twice and then issue a refund but not the exact amount they take the first one is $20 off the second one $5”

“So far I have only received one item from two separate orders I have placed. I find it funny that when i ask for a refund magically the item has just shipped but has still yet to be picked up by USPS. It has been almost two weeks and I only have one item i ordered from two orders.”

“Ordered an exhaust it was short does not stick out from my car and was told I have to pay shipping and also 30% of restocking fee not acceptable spend $1,000 on something you expected to work not have to go and pay to have it elongated so it works”

“Hello my name is Damian Massey my email is damianmassey9@gmail.com and my order number is TSP-28000 my package says it was delivered but when I went outside I checked there was nothing there so I asked my neighbor and family but nobody seen anything the tracking picture shows it being delivered to a wrong address it showed the number 4 and my address is 24 Laurel Ave, Windsor, CT 06095so I wanted to know if I could get a refund back to my card please this item is very expensive and I would like my refund back to my card.”

“Doesn't have the flex fuel compatible with 2016 Honda Civic EX-T 1.5L Coupe 2-Door. It's useless, don't purchase this one if you don't have the SI. It's a waste of money, not a good investment.”
