Customer ordered the exhaust for the wrong car and then installed it. Unfortunately this is now a used part.

“Hello my name is Damian Massey my email is damianmassey9@gmail.com and my order number is TSP-28000 my package says it was delivered but when I went outside I checked there was nothing there so I asked my neighbor and family but nobody seen anything the tracking picture shows it being delivered to a wrong address it showed the number 4 and my address is 24 Laurel Ave, Windsor, CT 06095so I wanted to know if I could get a refund back to my card please this item is very expensive and I would like my refund back to my card.”

“First time purchasing from two step performance. Ordered a pro DRY stage two intake which states that it comes with both a dry filter and a pre-oiled filter. When the item arrived, I was missing the dry filter and now I am being told it doesn’t come with one. I find this misleading and falsely advertised as the pictures show both, instructions say both are included and the description states both are included. Wish I didn’t install the intake already otherwise I would return and purchase elsewhere. Never again purchasing from TSP and will be sure to spread the word how TSP does not stand behind their products and descriptions. As I write this review, the image of the riding even shows both for goodness sake.”
