I spoke with John (JP6) at One Call Claims on 27 August 2021 following an accident with my car on 26 August 2021. I had tried to complete an on line form without success and also had failed to make progress after an online chat. John was amazing and very helpful and I successfully registered the accident and made arrangements to get my car repaired. In a world that automatically assumes everyone is comfortable with IT John illustrated why there is no substitute for good old customer service from a human being. I cannot speak to highly of his efforts to help me. Thank you John
