I never received an order confirmation via email. Although I did eventually receive my items with great help from the Fort Worth store and prompt responses each time I reached out via email - it took several weeks to locate the items and get them shipped. Next time - I'll think twice before I order online from Tylers. The system just seemed very inefficient.
