“First time I have ever shopped with Tyler's and they had what I ordered, no delays and delivered as stated on time! Also very impressed with how well things were protected in the package to ensure nothing got dented in transit! Thank you”

“Although I'm very happy with the Hoka shoes I purchased at Tyler's, it's not the most pleasant shopping expericence. The people behind the counter are always chatting to each other and barely acknowledging the customers as they enter the store. They dont' seen to care and don't offer assistance unless asked. I've always had to hunt someone down to try shoes on. Suggestive selling is a lost art, but how about bringing out more than one pair of shoes at a time? A similair style if what you want isn't availabe or something they think might work for you. Staff training should be better than this in this type of store.”

“The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ve shopped both in-store and online, and each experience has been excellent. Most recently, I bought two pairs of shoes, and everyone I interacted with was attentive and supportive. One of my favorite stores!”

“On Good Friday I needed a Giftcard but I didn't want to fight the traffic to drive to the store so I ordered it online. Afer ordering the giftcard online I have to WAIT until Monday to call customer service to get the transaction to process. This was a nightmare and an embarrassmenet as the giftcard was a time sensitive gift!”

“I was treated poorly. Within minutes after leaving the store, someone had hacked my debit card account and was making purchases. Twice I tried to reach management and each time was blocked by an extremely young person who either was indifferent to my situation or denied that it occurred. My bank covered the fraud so I am not pursuing charges. All I have wanted is to alert upper management that they have employees who are obtaining charge information and then either selling it or using it themselves.”

“Have shopped at multiple locations: Westlake, Round Rock, Fort Worth. Always clean, well laid out with friendly customer service. Great variety of options especially if shopping for teens/young adults. Usually find something for whole family! Appreciate that they support the military.”

“Unfortunately the shirt I wanted was out of as stock and a similar one was sent. I called and discussed it and a return authorization was sent. Tylers also kept me updated on the return and everything went smoothly. I will definitely do business with them again.”

“I ordered a women's Patagonia Nano Puff jacket from Tyler's TX which was unavailable at a retail store near my location in Florida. It was at my doorstep in Florida in two days. This was an unbelievably fast delivery. The jacket was beautiful and fit perfectly. Thank you Tyler's TX. I will likely be ordering again in the future.”

“Love Tylers- have always loved it since growing up in Austin and it came in to town. Recently, I bought my nephew an online gift card for his 14th birthday (right around the age I started shopping at Tylers!) However, the gift card was never delivered- so that was disappointing.”
