“Love Tylers- have always loved it since growing up in Austin and it came in to town. Recently, I bought my nephew an online gift card for his 14th birthday (right around the age I started shopping at Tylers!) However, the gift card was never delivered- so that was disappointing.”

“Received a box with entirely wrong product in it, but with the correct packing slip (which has a photo on it). However, they did ship the CORRECT item out quickly, so it made it in time for the holiday. They did not sound very reassuring on the phone, but they made it happen !”

“I love my shirts !! Very good quality and great design. I was just sad my light blue shirt was not in great condition it seems maybe it was stored for a long time because when I remove the sticker it was a different color and it’s still there after wash- I hope it fades after time. It would be great if I could get a replacement”

“Easy online ordering, received timely Vans delivered were not what was pictured on website but we decided to keep them anyway. Could not find a phone number to call about the order discrepancy, had to email and wait for a reply.”

“Only gave a 4 because I ordered an e-card and I had to contact customer service because it was getting close to Christmas and I still had not received it and was also charged a fee for shipping. My order clearly said e-card. Customer service took care of me quickly and refunded the shipping charge.”

“The website was easy to browse by price, had a great selection of smaller gifts in addition to the shoes I was seeking, and my items came quickly! My only complaint is that my lip balm holder (specifically the part that connects the holder itself to the keyring) completely unraveled within one week of use, making it un-usable now. I’m super disappointed because I was really excited about this little gadget and was about to show it off to a friend when I realized it had unraveled! Otherwise, my Girl Gang stickers look great and the Reef sandals are super cute and comfy—I get tons of compliments on them.”

“Loved the shoes I ordered for my husband, but the size is too small even though that's the size he wears. Will be returning but we don't have a printer for your shipment sticker, so will be paying for the shipping. Hope we can get a good fit for him. Guess this shoe runs small!”
