“I bought two pair of Kane's shoes from Tyler's for my grandsons. One of them broke in the first 2 weeks of wear. When my daughter tried to exchange them she was told she had to go through the manufacturer, despite the extra $2.95 I paid for what I thought was a warranty of some sort. The manufacturer said they would replace the shoe on a one time basis as a courtesy but then charged $12 shipping and tax saying since they were purchased at a retailer they were not able to calcuate the costs of shipping and tax which is why that wasn't included. The whole situation was so weird that neither Tyler's OR the manufacturer stood behind this supposedly reputable product.”

“This is my first purchase from Tyler’s. I combed the web looking for a specific sandals for my granddaughter. Fortunately you had the Rainbow flip flops she wanted. Ordering was easy and she was thrilled that you had them in stock in the color she wanted. It was a good experience and I will be purchasing again in the future .”

“We moved from Tyler almost 25 yrs ago. We also were very blessed to live in Tyler for 11 yrs. We were thankful to be there when Dale Grimes opened Racqet & Jog and shoped there often. We also knew Dale on a personal level from playing Racket ball at our local gym. I'm dissapointed , however, that you don't offer more product with Tyler and Racqet Jog logo. We love that product.We would like to see more of it and would love to "spread the word". Thank you, Bob Dixon , Savannah, Ga.”

“I was looking for a specific Poncho shirt that was out of stock at the Poncho website. It showed to be available the Tyler website, and I ordered one. The order was taken care of quickly, and I received it within the week. Very happy!”

“UGG boots arrived in different color than was pictured on website. Photo on website showed boots with matching color upper/sole, boots arrived with light upper and dark sole. Set up return immediately on a Friday, took to USPS on Monday. USPS website says return arrived Saturday 6/6/26. It is now 6/11 and Tyler’s website still shows my return as pending with no indication that it has been received.”
