“I found it very difficult ordering an online gift card. So I switched to an actual gift card. It arrived as said, but that necessitated me subjecting the gift card again to the USPS. Chose not to do that. Great store and service but wouldn't recommend ordering gift cards.”

“I ordered a Thread and Supply shacket in a color that I was unable to find anywhere else. It was shipped promptly with a notice that it was shipped and I could track the package at anytime. It arrived without problems and was exactly what I wanted.”

“The jacket I ourcahsed from Tyler's was what I wanted and have been very happy with it. It fits many of the purposes I got it for. Its warm and very stylist . The inside pocket was a real suprise. Ususally in a fleese denim jacket you don't see that . I'm very happy wih my purchase.”

“My niece really loves shopping at this place So what I try to do is I try to give my niece gift cards every year around Christmas time I always have great experience with Tyler's Whether it be online or by phone call Each and every time is a pleasant transaction and experience, I just can't say enough about the customer service or the people who work there I will always be a customer to Tyler's”

“Easy online ordering, received timely Vans delivered were not what was pictured on website but we decided to keep them anyway. Could not find a phone number to call about the order discrepancy, had to email and wait for a reply.”

“Only gave a 4 because I ordered an e-card and I had to contact customer service because it was getting close to Christmas and I still had not received it and was also charged a fee for shipping. My order clearly said e-card. Customer service took care of me quickly and refunded the shipping charge.”
