“Love Tylers- have always loved it since growing up in Austin and it came in to town. Recently, I bought my nephew an online gift card for his 14th birthday (right around the age I started shopping at Tylers!) However, the gift card was never delivered- so that was disappointing.”

“Received a box with entirely wrong product in it, but with the correct packing slip (which has a photo on it). However, they did ship the CORRECT item out quickly, so it made it in time for the holiday. They did not sound very reassuring on the phone, but they made it happen !”

“A hidden gem I knew nothing about. Was looking for a Burlebo youth puffer for my grandsons 10th Birthday after getting my order cancelled by a local store in my hometown. I found Tyler’s while doing my search. I literally ordered late Tuesday evening and had it in my hands on Friday on time for his birthday celebration.
