I live in New Jersey but found Tyler's online. I was fortunate enough to have a week in Austin where I was able to visit the physical stores. Absolutely amazing. The customer service as an online customer is absolutely top notch. Even though I'm not local, definitely one of my favorite stores. Put it this way, my plane landed in Austin. Within hours, I was at Tyler's where I spent about 2 hours in awe lol.
And again, living far away, I do rely on online purchases. I think they are the list of the great customer service companies!
