First, I was shipped the incorrect size of shoe.
Second, my replacement (correct size) was not shipped until you had RECEIVED the incorrect shipment (Amazon ... from whom I THOUGHT I was purchasing ... would have shipped the correct product as soon as the incorrect product had shipped). YOUR bungling and procedures cost me roughly 2 WEEKS.
I will not knowingly be purchasing from you n the future.
