I was very impressed with customer service. Live in upstate ny obviously not near your retail stores and had some questions regarding ordering online for a gift sent to family in Texas. They explained to me the process and went above and beyond to get my order completed and sent quickly. I have had two wonderful customer experiences in the past two months and when I visit family next I will be visiting u to our retail store !
