I put chased a women’s ugh slippers online and chose the wrong color. I followed up immediately used the email on the email of the sale to explain the error I made. It was a Friday after your online purchases had left for weekend. Immediately Monday morning, Jon from the online purchase department assured me he had taken care of my error and the color I wanted was soon to be shipped. He was very knowledgeable and efficient.
