Very unsatisfied with why experience. I ordered two hats and a bracelet. When the order first arrived, there was no bracelet. Contacted support and the swiftly sent a replacement, but when that one arrived there was a white film all over the bracelet which made it stiff. Contacted support again and they swiftly sent a replacement. When this order arrived, the jewelry was a great condition, but it was a necklace. It’s really hard to believe that it’s this hard to provide the correct item in new condition. Overall, the support team has been amazing and quick to respond (except my most recent email which has gone one business day with no response), but the staff packing and shipping the items has been less than ideal.
