I WILL NEVER order through Tyreleader again!
Long story short: I have ordered 4 tyres, received 3. Informed the customer service immediatly, providing details and photos, filled out the insurance claim with DPD for them.
One week later. No refund, no replacement, no update. I got put off with "we need to settle the claim with DPD first".
Nope, that is not how it should work from my point of view! Therefore, i cannot recommend this business.
I am gonna claim my money back through Paypal!
