“Would not use this company again.
Says on their site they will send the tyres to their partner garage who will contact you to advise when they can fit, but not a word.
After contacting Tyre leader I was told the tyre had been delivered three days earlier, even though their site had it on the site as still out for delivery.
Made out it was up to me to contact their partner garage, even thought the site states its up to them to contact me.
I've now had to contact the garage to chase this up, and been advised that the service dept is now closed for the weekend (4.16pm friday) and it will be Monday before I can speak to anyone.
Absolute shambles of a company and would definitely not recommend them if you want your tyre with no hassles.

“I bought 4 wheels (a complect/set) of MAM A4 R16 KBA 49110 wheels at riepulideris.lv – tyreleader.ie for my brand new car that I wanted to use as an winter wheel set. I got wheels MAM A4 fitted with new tyres (Sailun), got them balanced and fited on a brand new car. Unfortunatelly as it turned out one of the wheels made car vibrate, because it is defected - it vobles massively from side to side in "8" and has a height diferences from center.
Tyreleeder refused to change the damaged wheel. Asked me for a 35€ deposit if I send the wheel back to them, which by it self would not be a problem. The only option provided by Tyreleader customer service was a refund for only one wheel, which was not an option, I ordered a 4 wheel set (and it is not possible to order additional wheel in Tyreleader any more with same parametres). Besides when I asked to speak with higher manager to solve the problem the respons was, this is the last time we respond to you. The only option to contact customer service is to write to them through their website and they can ansver after a day or a week or not answer at all - which is what they did and are still doing. There is no phone number, no nothing - the worst customer service in the world.
I will write reviews in other sites where it is possible to attach printscreens with tyreleaders customer service response.
P.s. tyreleader responded to my previous review in french! Really! I am writing in english and somehiw it seems to them ligical to respond in french! And which more wors - never read the complaint, where they offered to contact customer service, which I alredy did and that is the reason why I am writing this complaint!”
“I recently ordered two Tomket Sport 205/55 R16 91V tyres from Tyreleaderco.uk. While placing the order was quick and easy (4 star), the rest of the experience was terrible (1 star).
Customer service was practically non-existent. Getting a response from either the delivery company or Tyreleader support itself took ages, and even then, the answers were often unhelpful or nonexistent. This was despite trying to contact them through various channels - Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and email.
Honestly, considering the positive reviews on Trustpilot, I'm surprised by how poorly my experience went. It made me question the validity of those reviews.
If you value peace of mind during the buying process, I wouldn't recommend Tyreleaderco.uk. While I tried to save some money, the hassle I went through makes me wish I'd paid more elsewhere.
I've never received anything sheet paying, the support said I have received the order, but the delivery company send a proof of the opposite, the order returned to sender. I don't know what to do because this is ridiculous.

“I WILL NEVER order through Tyreleader again!
Long story short: I have ordered 4 tyres, received 3. Informed the customer service immediatly, providing details and photos, filled out the insurance claim with DPD for them.
One week later. No refund, no replacement, no update. I got put off with "we need to settle the claim with DPD first".
Nope, that is not how it should work from my point of view! Therefore, i cannot recommend this business.
I am gonna claim my money back through Paypal!”

“Placed an order for a tyre to be delivered to a fitter listed on the Tyreleader in March ‘23. The tyre was never delivered to the fitter as the company doesn’t appear to be operating from the listed premises. Tyreleader removed the fitter from their website and refuse to replace or refund the missing tyre. After 3 months they are telling me I have to take it up with their shipper to try and get compensation. Any other online retailer would refund or replace the missing product, not pass the responsibility on to a customer to liaise with their shipper. Nobody to speak to, all customer service is by WhatsApp or via their web portal. Worst experience from an online retailer. Avoid”

Wrong tyres supplied but will not respond to online messaging ticket system. No phone number but there is Whatsapp messaging which only achieves stalling replies of 'We will reply ASAP'. Have initiated chargeback, which seems the only way of getting a refund. I have used this company before, they do get 5 stars when it works, but when there is a problem then you are on your own. You have been warned - use at your own risk.”

Communication is non existing. Had to try and contact via the new sales team 19 times to find out about a warranty claim I had submitted on a tyre that was only 3 months old. Was rejected with no explanation. Then after 19 times I was given a fabricated excuse of alignment causing the issues. Despite having evidence all wheels were aligned at the time of fitting. I paid extra for this warranty service and this is an attempt of theft and fraud.
Never known such a incompetent shambles of pure ignorance from a company that I will now never use again!”
“I ordered 4 tyres of the tyre leader website, then discovered that my money had gone to an international company. So I looked up the reviews and thought I'd been stupid not to check first! Nothing but bad reviews! Damn what an idiot I was.
Ordered on the Friday, had a couple of emails from Tyre leader just to say the usual tyres were due to be dispatched.
I couldn't believe my eyes when Tuffnells arrived on Monday with all four tyres! There they were, direct from Nangkang!
I guess I'm the luckiest guy ever because the reviews suggested I had no hope of seeing these tyres and a long battle ahead to get a refund.
So. Would I use this company again? Not a chance. I'll take my luck and try somewhere else next time. I have to say though, for me, the transaction was as smooth as a could be. Thank you.”
“I order two tyre's on 11th of December. Tracking number was a joke, with no update soever. After 10 days they deliver one tyre only. Since then I'm trying to get any kind of information regarding second tyre. Customer service very poor with not concern about my situation. They are blaming the courier about splitting the order even I told them that is not my problem. I ask them to refund me but no answer and no update about how long it will take. Avoid this company as much as possible. They will just take your money and they don't care about everything else. If you get your items, if they've been delivered on time, absolutely nothing.
