“Shocking service from this company. I paid extra for warranty on the tyre I bought. When I tried to make a claim, which I was entitled to, they rejected it without any explanation. I chased them for weeks just to get some information for why it was refused and each time they would not tell me. Avoid using them”

“Personally I wouldn't give this company any stars. I waited a whole week for a delivery and when I inquired to their whereabouts they said they'd lost my order !!. Every time you have to contact them you can expect 24/48 hrs before you get a response. On another order i made, I had to chase them up again. Just to be told ( there's been a delay thanks for your understanding) No mention of when you are likely to receive the goods Dealing with this company is like pulling teeth. And every department wants to refer you to another. Not one person has been remotely helpful......NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN !!!”
“I have purchased 4 tyres from Tyreleader recently but I'm regretting it. I have used their "search by vehicle" option on their website to find suitable tyres for my car and then I made the purchase based on their recommendation. Everything went smoothly, till the day I went to the fitting. Turns out, the information they provided on the website was wrong and I purchased wrong size. I was very surprised because I thought I can believe the information that I found on the website of a company that claims to be the expert in tyres.
Afterwards, I contacted the company to ask to return these wrong size tyres and order the correct sizes from them again. However, I was very surprised by their answer because they want to charge me 120€ return fee for a mistake that caused by the wrong information on their website. I'm very disappointed by the way they are handling this situation.”
“When ordering I was advised to book an appointment with a local tyre fitter within delivery time of one week. The tracking link they provided did not accept any of the numbers on the order and was useless. For two weeks the fitter kept telling me they had not received the tyres. I contacted Tyreleader. They were extremely aggressive and unhelpful and said it is my problem if I did not get the tyres. I declared that I cancel the purchase but they ignored this. As I found out months later, they finally delivered the tyres a couple of weeks later to the fitter but did not tell me about it and also did not tell the fitter who they were for. Meanwhile, I bought a set of tyres elsewhere, but I never got my money back from Tyreleader. Three months after the order I contacted the fitter again and was told they had four tyres sitting there that matched the description but did not know they were for me. I collected them and now have an unneeded second set of new tyres and lost the money. Do not deal with Tyreleader! They are hiding in Andorra, meaning there is no way to go after them legally if they defraud you.”
“The benefit of being a few quid cheaper is completely wiped out by bad customer service. They are free to make mistakes that leave you without what you ordered and out of pocket. I've been a regular customer for years and have orders ££££s of tyres and they couldn't care less.”

Says on their site they will send the tyres to their partner garage who will contact you to advise when they can fit, but not a word.
After contacting Tyre leader I was told the tyre had been delivered three days earlier, even though their site had it on the site as still out for delivery.
Made out it was up to me to contact their partner garage, even thought the site states its up to them to contact me.
I've now had to contact the garage to chase this up, and been advised that the service dept is now closed for the weekend (4.16pm friday) and it will be Monday before I can speak to anyone.
Absolute shambles of a company and would definitely not recommend them if you want your tyre with no hassles.

“I bought 4 wheels (a complect/set) of MAM A4 R16 KBA 49110 wheels at riepulideris.lv – tyreleader.ie for my brand new car that I wanted to use as an winter wheel set. I got wheels MAM A4 fitted with new tyres (Sailun), got them balanced and fited on a brand new car. Unfortunatelly as it turned out one of the wheels made car vibrate, because it is defected - it vobles massively from side to side in "8" and has a height diferences from center.
Tyreleeder refused to change the damaged wheel. Asked me for a 35€ deposit if I send the wheel back to them, which by it self would not be a problem. The only option provided by Tyreleader customer service was a refund for only one wheel, which was not an option, I ordered a 4 wheel set (and it is not possible to order additional wheel in Tyreleader any more with same parametres). Besides when I asked to speak with higher manager to solve the problem the respons was, this is the last time we respond to you. The only option to contact customer service is to write to them through their website and they can ansver after a day or a week or not answer at all - which is what they did and are still doing. There is no phone number, no nothing - the worst customer service in the world.
I will write reviews in other sites where it is possible to attach printscreens with tyreleaders customer service response.
P.s. tyreleader responded to my previous review in french! Really! I am writing in english and somehiw it seems to them ligical to respond in french! And which more wors - never read the complaint, where they offered to contact customer service, which I alredy did and that is the reason why I am writing this complaint!”
“I recently ordered two Tomket Sport 205/55 R16 91V tyres from Tyreleaderco.uk. While placing the order was quick and easy (4 star), the rest of the experience was terrible (1 star).
Customer service was practically non-existent. Getting a response from either the delivery company or Tyreleader support itself took ages, and even then, the answers were often unhelpful or nonexistent. This was despite trying to contact them through various channels - Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and email.
Honestly, considering the positive reviews on Trustpilot, I'm surprised by how poorly my experience went. It made me question the validity of those reviews.
If you value peace of mind during the buying process, I wouldn't recommend Tyreleaderco.uk. While I tried to save some money, the hassle I went through makes me wish I'd paid more elsewhere.
I've never received anything sheet paying, the support said I have received the order, but the delivery company send a proof of the opposite, the order returned to sender. I don't know what to do because this is ridiculous.

Long story short: I have ordered 4 tyres, received 3. Informed the customer service immediatly, providing details and photos, filled out the insurance claim with DPD for them.
One week later. No refund, no replacement, no update. I got put off with "we need to settle the claim with DPD first".
Nope, that is not how it should work from my point of view! Therefore, i cannot recommend this business.
I am gonna claim my money back through Paypal!”

when I asked for refund (100-60)x4 = £160, they took 1 month to address my complaint and finally refunded only £37

“Placed an order for a tyre to be delivered to a fitter listed on the Tyreleader in March ‘23. The tyre was never delivered to the fitter as the company doesn’t appear to be operating from the listed premises. Tyreleader removed the fitter from their website and refuse to replace or refund the missing tyre. After 3 months they are telling me I have to take it up with their shipper to try and get compensation. Any other online retailer would refund or replace the missing product, not pass the responsibility on to a customer to liaise with their shipper. Nobody to speak to, all customer service is by WhatsApp or via their web portal. Worst experience from an online retailer. Avoid”
