The EU law doesn't apply to them as Andorra is not a part of the EU state...in the event of any issue with them- you are on your own...these cowboys from Andorra do whatever they want...they keep trading here in the UK....if there's no problem with the delivery- that's fine...however...any problem should occur - you're on your own screwed by them big time.One of the four alloy wheels came in damaged/dented (either during the transit or manufacturing error).It was only possible to spot it once the tyre was fitted onto the rim, prior the fitting couldn't see anything as there had been no obvious damage to the alloy wheel such as a scuff / scratch / the wheel was dropped ) mishandled etc. Also its box came in intact.The lower price they offer is reflected in the quality.Also,purchased brand new tyres.....yes ,came in unused but almost 3 years old (2018-May2018 , it's September 2020)!!!! - every tyre has its life span during of which can perform at its best- it's 5 years regardless if the tyre is in use or not.I've got 2.5 years left before starting to think about another set to buy and that's unacceptable!. A complaint has been submitted awaiting for their response. As expected ,they rejected any responsibility to say , I should have inspected the stuff upon the delivery. Again , I did it , however the alloy wheel is slightly off of its original rounded shape hence this can be spotted only once the black tyre is fitted as there's a slightly bigger gap between the tyre and the rim's outer edge. Strongly recommend to shop elsewhere ( from seller based in the UK ) ... please avoid these cowboys from Andorra”

“So I will explain how this company tricked me:
1)On 16 Aug 2020 I placed one order for 2 tyres : GITI Sports S1, 275/40R 18 99Y.On your website exactly those tyres they have been with 2 prices: one with £66.69 (lower price because DOT it was 2017) and one with £85.49(because the DOT it was more recent)
2)I placed the order for 2 tyres, £85.49 each, because seems like 2017 it was a bit old for me.
3) Instead you send me the cheapest version of tyres, the one which are on your website for £66.67,the one which are DOT 2017.
4) I send you photos and you agree it was a mistake
5)Instead of give me back the difference from £85. 49 to £66. 67 per tyre, which it is common sense, you was insult me with a discount of £5 per tyre and told me you was doing an average....
6)I did not ask for a special price for me, I did not ask for something free, I just want you to be fair, that's it, nothing else. You still have on your website the tyres which I paid £85 on sale for £67.They been on exactly same price on the date which I was placed the order.
7)So what have you done you trick me. I was paying £85 for one tyre, you send me the cheap version of tyre (DOT 2017) which cost £67, and now you are coming to me with £5 discount. So I am still paying £80 for one tyre which you are selling with £66”
“Total disaster, no customer service AFTER DAYS OR TRYING - so you can't get them if any problem after my order was send with 2 tyres missing. Tried many times to contact them and getting nowhere, hence why I was motivated to write this review. AVOID!!!!!!”
“I ordered a set of Potenza Bridgestone RE070 tyres. 2 turned up, meaning I had to rearrange my alignment that I booked and lost my deposit. 1 month later, I still haven't received the other 2 tyres. I have asked for a refund but nobody replys. So I'm currently down £300 plus the £30 deposit I lost for the alignment. No customer service at all, no reply, no communication. Would NEVER recommend tyre leader to anyone I know and definitely will not use again”

Placed order, cancelled within the hour, after two days of messaging they continued with the order, took the money.

“I ordered 4 tyres on June 4 th ,2 were delivered on June 10th, and the other 2 on June 12th.
The tyres delivered to a fitting centre , recommended by tyreleader , on June 10 th were not what I ordered. I informed the company by return, however they were not helpful. Eventually after I had to supply them with photos of their mistake, they agreed to have them collected and return the cost of the 2 tyres.
To date I havn't received my refund. The service team are most unhelpful, ignoring most of my e mails. I emailed on July 8th , and July 14 th. I received no reply to either.
It is now 6 weeks since I ordered my tyres . The situation is intolerable.”
“People be AWARE!!! This company is based in Andora away from UK or EU laws and you are not protected if you by from them. They trading genuinely BUT if they wish to dump you they will do that. They not resolving issues they just ignore them and keep trading. What you save within your successes full orders is less than what you lose when the order goes wrong, and there will be no support from Tyreleader.
Bought tyres 3 times and the first 2 received the delivery. BUT the last time delivery did not arrive. Tracking details show that parcel could not be delivered due to incorrect address. I have checked address provided with order and it is correct. After waiting for nearly 20 days contacted customer service. And received a "proof" of delivery, a piece of PDF file with no dates no recipient details only DPD logo, tracking number is written on the side of the document and someone's signature the proof states that parcel held in the depot. Checked tracking details again and fond an update with the latest date satin that parcel delivered. No more response from tyre leader at all, sent multiple emails and contact forms with no reply.
Money lost.”

They are a disgrace and I have reported them to Mastercard and my bank”

“Only 3 tyres out of 4 were delivered within 2 weeks. How am I supposed to drive on 3 wheels? Then 2 more weeks messing around until I was told tyre not available at all. Same day sent them link to their own website showing tyre in stock. Was told not available to me. Ordered that tyre from friends account and received it later. Then 4 more weeks and 30 emails untill I was promised a refund on 1 originally not delivered tyre !
Maria in customer care is really ignorant person who lied to me that tyre is not available at the same time when it was ordered through different account. Bunch of fraudsters this tyreleader is !”
“You MUST avoid!! 4 tyres ordered simultaneously, 2 of which got delivered 8 working days later. The other 2 ended up not being delivered: "cannot be delivered as the goods are excluded from transport by GLS terms & conditions" and were "returned to sender" in France.
Its been two months now with the only responses from Tyre leader being, the "claim is still ongoing with the carrier"...no refund yet, no new delivery...worst decision I've made was to use them.”
