"Would not use this company again.\r\nSays on their site they will send the tyres to their partner garage who will contact you to advise when they can fit, but not a word.\r\nAfter contacting Tyre leader I was told the tyre had been delivered three days earlier, even though their site had it on the site as still out for delivery.\r\nMade out it was up to me to contact their partner garage, even thought the site states its up to them to contact me.\r\nI've now had to contact the garage to chase this up, and been advised that the service dept is now closed for the weekend (4.16pm friday) and it will be Monday before I can speak to anyone.\r\nAbsolute shambles of a company and would definitely not recommend them if you want your tyre with no hassles.\r\n\r\n\r\nEdit"

"I bought 4 wheels (a complect\/set) of MAM A4 R16 KBA 49110 wheels at riepulideris.lv \u2013 tyreleader.ie for my brand new car that I wanted to use as an winter wheel set. I got wheels MAM A4 fitted with new tyres (Sailun), got them balanced and fited on a brand new car. Unfortunatelly as it turned out one of the wheels made car vibrate, because it is defected - it vobles massively from side to side in \"8\" and has a height diferences from center.\r\nTyreleeder refused to change the damaged wheel. Asked me for a 35\u20ac deposit if I send the wheel back to them, which by it self would not be a problem. The only option provided by Tyreleader customer service was a refund for only one wheel, which was not an option, I ordered a 4 wheel set (and it is not possible to order additional wheel in Tyreleader any more with same parametres). Besides when I asked to speak with higher manager to solve the problem the respons was, this is the last time we respond to you. The only option to contact customer service is to write to them through their website and they can ansver after a day or a week or not answer at all - which is what they did and are still doing. There is no phone number, no nothing - the worst customer service in the world.\r\nI will write reviews in other sites where it is possible to attach printscreens with tyreleaders customer service response.\r\nP.s. tyreleader responded to my previous review in french! Really! I am writing in english and somehiw it seems to them ligical to respond in french! And which more wors - never read the complaint, where they offered to contact customer service, which I alredy did and that is the reason why I am writing this complaint!"

"I WILL NEVER order through Tyreleader again!\r\nLong story short: I have ordered 4 tyres, received 3. Informed the customer service immediatly, providing details and photos, filled out the insurance claim with DPD for them.\r\nOne week later. No refund, no replacement, no update. I got put off with \"we need to settle the claim with DPD first\".\r\n\r\nNope, that is not how it should work from my point of view! Therefore, i cannot recommend this business.\r\nI am gonna claim my money back through Paypal!"

"Appalling customer service. \r\nWrong tyres supplied but will not respond to online messaging ticket system. No phone number but there is Whatsapp messaging which only achieves stalling replies of 'We will reply ASAP'. Have initiated chargeback, which seems the only way of getting a refund. I have used this company before, they do get 5 stars when it works, but when there is a problem then you are on your own. You have been warned - use at your own risk."

"Poor, dirty tyres delivered as new (2 x tyres \u00a3369), On inspection the tyres delivered were 11yrs old (manufactured date 04\/10). They picked them up quickly, presumably to remove the evidence but did not deliver replacements. \nCustomer service is a complete shambles and ruthless. 12days after the problem and over 15 emails (as you cannot all them direct) I still have no feedback or information as to how or when I will get replacement or the problem resolved. This company is run by a bunch of cowboys in disguise, the reviews on their site with only accept 4\/5 star reviews all others are deleted the whole company is a one big arrogant online con. Use at your own peril. I am now contacting trading standards and the motor ombudsman as well as having to raise a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back!!!!!"
