I ordered 4 tyres from Tyreleader about a week before, and on 09/09/2025 I went to their so-called “partner garage”, Tyres for Long Miles, for fitting. My car went in with 4 secure bolts and came out with only 3, unsafe to drive. The alloy was scratched, one bolt was destroyed, and the mechanic refused responsibility. This is not just bad service — it is a serious safety scandal. When I reported this to Tyreleader, their response was basically “we only sell tyres, the garage is responsible”. In other words, they tried to wash their hands of the disaster caused by the very partner they recommended. Absolutely unacceptable! End result: my car is damaged, unsafe, and my money was wasted. Buying from Tyreleader was a huge mistake. Anyone who values their car and safety should avoid this site.
