On January 30th (50 days ago!), I placed an online order with the hope of receiving efficient and quality service. However, my experience has been the complete opposite. To this day, I have not received the tires I ordered, and even more frustrating, I have not received my money back. When I contacted the company to resolve the issue, their response was evasive and unprofessional. They claimed the delay and non-delivery were the responsibility of the logistics company, which, in my opinion, is no excuse. As a customer, my contract is with the online store, not the shipping company, and it is their duty to ensure the product reaches me or, failing that, to offer a quick and effective solution. Furthermore, the customer service has been deplorable. They don't return phone calls, and emails go unanswered. This lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable, especially when it comes to resolving a problem of their own making. In short, my experience with them was extremely disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who values ​​their time, money, and peace of mind. I hope they take steps to improve their service, but for now, my rating couldn't be more negative.
