“Avoid these people. I placed an order for a set of winter tires on their website on the 3rd of November. Per their website, they ask you to allow 8 to 9 days after placing your order for delivery. On the 9th day I went online and saw that there was no tracking information nor a status on my shipment. I went ahead and sent an email to customer service asking about status and tracking information. Two days later I received and answer asking me if I had received the tires, which I haven't. I replied asking for tracking information and to this date, I have not heard from these people again. I have tried every possible way on their website, from emails, WhatsApp and phone. Their phone system is set to cut your call once it reaches 10 minutes on hold. No one has ever answered any of my calls. I have not received a single reply to my over 7 emails on different addresses. Not even the WhatsApp system replies. I went ahead to PayPal to start a refund request. Per PayPal policy I have to wait until the 12 of December to allow them to research or respond to my claim. As of right now I am still waiting on any kind of communication from this company. Do they have only one employee?!?! They are ridiculous, and all I tried to do was save me 60 euros on the tires but now it will cost me more as I had to reachbout to my attorney to handle the situation while I still don't have my winter tires nor my 800 euros spent. Horrible experience, please avoid these people”

“I ordered a Continental 175/65 R15 84 H all weather, I received a Kleber Dynaxer HP4 225/50R15, how is this possible! I messaged them 6 days ago, haven't heard anything. I've tried calling them multiple times and their system up hangs up and they charge for calls... Companies like this should not exist, AVOID J'ai commandé un Continental 175/65 R15 84 H tout temps, j'ai reçu un Kleber Dynaxer HP4 225/50R15, comment est-ce possible ! Je leur ai envoyé un message il y a 6 jours, je n'ai rien entendu. J'ai essayé de les appeler plusieurs fois et leur système raccroche et ils facturent les appels... Des entreprises comme celle-ci ne devraient pas exister, ÉVITER”

“On 20/10 I order tyres for next day dispatch: They took my money but didn't send. I then cancelled the order which they accepted and would refund: They then sent the order which I had already placed elsewhere. I was told the order would be picked up: They didn't. I wasted 3 separate days where they said they would pick up. I was told they would not consider refund unless they picked up goods. on 9/1/23 without prior notification courier called to pick up. Fortunately my wife was home and goods were returned. 22/1/23: Goods still not refunded despite them having had tyres in their possession for nearly 2 weeks. I have a funny feeling I've seen the last of my £195.”

“The only good thing about this company is that customer service responds reasonable quickly. Placed an order with them on 27 May to be delivered "in 3-5 working days". Today is the 11th of June - they have had my money for 2 weeks - and only now I received a refund for tyres that never arrived despite numerous attempts to chase and stories about how they will arrive 'tomorrow'. In the meantime they sent me two tyres out of four (with the one that was not the one I bought, and all covered in rusty dust). If you do need your tyres, this is no the place to buy from.”
