iam very disappointed with souq.com refund system, since 1 month im following up with customer service but nothing had happend. it so pathetic service pls. dont waste your time or money on souq.com if there is any negative rating i could have given that too.
my order no. 3066535717915 returned before accepting it on the same day cancelled online.
people dont waste your time and money, in case you want to refund forget it.
