First l ordered my mobile on the 25th of February 2026 delivery estimated time was 2-3 working days and l received the delivery after 3 weeks .
After using the mobile for 2 weeks it went off and it is no longer charging when l ask to return and get another one or get the money they are not refusing
Now am stuck with a device which is not working, and they are not willing to help, while list Tamara is looking forward to the payments
very useless people working there not even one person has bothered to give me a call and we resolve the issue

I Purchased a phone which they claimed was new, after 1 month, phone has several problems, I sent the phone to them for repair, they returned the phone after 4 months ( I sent over 20 emails requesting to get the phone back) they claimed it was issue with the screen and that I have to pay for the new screen which was a lie because I didn’t have any issues with the screen physically, I paid,, the next day the phone stopped working , I called, they promised to replace to a new one which they never did. They stopped responding to my emails and calls. Very horrible experience.”

Delivery, you can't count on a date or anything, can come spontaneously a day before or after the specified date when I might be away from home.
the "Fulfilled by souq" utterly meaningless, DO NOT BE FOOLED by it.
They will not help you with warranty or anything it literally means nothing if they choose.
I had a product which had fulfilled by souq that failed to work after a month and a half and although it include warranty they refuse to deliver it to the seller to fix it and I have to travel and go there myself when their website clearly state that they deal with this hassle if it has the mark of FBS.
I understand you might need to buy something online and they might be your only choice at time but be very careful! return everything ASAP if you see a hint of an issue and NEVER buy using your CC check the product first because I have received multiple defective product and you'd have to speak with their HORRIBLE customer support to explain why it's not the same product or what is the issue and even then they may not understand and blame you.”

“Don't be fooled by the Amazon label. I asked for my account to be closed since 2015 due to disrespect and total disregard for customers , but it is still open tell today. Be aware that if you open an account with souq.com you will not be able to close it. They will refuse "our system can't close accounts" that is what you will hear. Your info "name,address,phone,bank account,...."will remain with them. You will still receive emails and promos from them while you wanted to close the account because you are completely dissatisfied with their service and you don't want to hear from them in the first place again. Very unprofessional. Their mangers act as if they have immunity from any accountability.”

“Amazon UAE is a perfect example of incompetency! It is everything else, but does absolutely not comply with the usual Amazon like standards you might be used to!!!
Every single order I placed here in the UAE arrived either late, was delivered wrongly (wrong items or to the wrong address), was delivered in bad condition (with smaller damages or even totally broken) or didn't arrive at all.
Funny enough - that is the case even though I ALWAYS make sure that the order is fulfilled by Amazon itself!
And forget about the customer service they provide in the UAE. I reached out for help multiple times - they are completely incompetent of handling anything at all. Whether it is through calls or mails!

And most of the time your items will be rejected for no reason at all.
Support is none existent
And support by phone is helpless And that if you even lucky to get someone to answer you
Sometimes you spend the week trying to reach someone.
They only direct you to make a ticket ,I didn’t call you to make a ticket, I called you to fix it, and I never get notifications about my problems is solved or not
You have to call over and over and over And explain from scratch to every support guy you call
That if you got lucky for some lazy guy to answer you.
Sometimes you call them during working hours and you get answer machine saying try to call us during working hours, seriously? Are you kidding me ? What a joke

“Absolutely poor service....souq Complaint number is never reachable. A Samsung tablet that we purchased in December 2018 from souq was a faulty one. It had charging problem from the very beginning. After reporting the complaint, they replaced the charger because the tablet was taking more than a day to charger. I hardly use the tablet because of the charging issue. It’s still good as new. Two months back, we had given tablet because it won’t switch on since it was not getting charged. More than a month it took for the repair guys to fix the problem after our endless reminder calls. Now in less than a month (after repair) we are experiencing the same problem and the repair guys said they won’t fix it again in the future.”
